USES:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults and children 6 years and older:
Use twice daily after brushing with toothpaste.
Use about 10ml (2 teaspoons) to clean between teeth for 1 minute and then spit out.
Do not swallow the rinse.
Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing to avoid food coloring from sticking to your teeth. After 30 minutes, you can eat and drink as usual.
Parents should instruct children under 12 years old to rinse their mouths with this water to minimize the risk of accidentally swallowing the mouthwash.
Children under 6 years old: Consult a dentist or doctor.
